Japanese Pocket Calendar (2016)
A personal project of mine, which was to create a small calendar that was portable and colorful. The calendar is accordion-folded, and can either be folded up and taken on the go, or can be stretched out and hung on a wall. The calendar can be reused each year as only the number of the date is listed in the cells (February 29 is listed in grey in the instance of a leap year). It revolves around the seasons, which are portrayed by Kanji characters illustrating the side, and is themed around Japanese holidays and celebrations, as shown by an icon set I created.
